A bit about me...been a pro-dj for over 10 years now and I can safely say that I'm a very lucky man. To have a career in something you love doing(eventhough being a footballer or pro- golfer wouldve been fine)it's a 'dreem' come true!I started DJing when I was about 15 after being taught by a friend (and still a friend) Steve Howard and have ALWAYS loved music. The legendary Drum and Bass MC GQ was there at the beginning too, teaching me how to scratch and so was DJ Ron.I had my first pirate radio experience in '92 but things really started to shape up when I joined London Underground (not the rail network)in the mid-90's. London Underground was the TOP Pirate station and helped shaped UKG!!!This is where I met two people who would have a MASSIVE influence on my life Timmi Magic and Mikee B....The Dreem Teem was born!We toured the world plying our trade and spreading the good word that was UK Garage. Garage City, Lords of the Underground and Horny were just some of the nights that we individually and collectively played at. Does anyone remember Sunday nights at Colisseum (Colly) or the End? I was your resident DJ. Arguably some of the best times of my DJ career and a time when Garage music was ready to take the world by storm!!!After London Underground the next radio station for us was Kiss 100, I still remember those sunday shows like they were last week, so much joke!!!!Galaxy then followed and in 2000 the journey was complete when we signed to join Radio 1. Wow! I had a great 6 years there and still think about the great gigs and parties (Ayai Napa was the best I think). In 2002 I started hosting the nation's number 1 football phone in on BBC Radio 5 Live and can be heard every Sunday from 6-7pm.If you like talking about football, you need this show.This is just a brief (yeah right) insight into my professional life so far, so many people to mention that all played their part so dont be offended if I haven't mentioned you but special praise to Mickey Zoo, Keli, Amy, Angela, Leonie and Jody @ DFL, Sarah (now at Xtreme Talent, the baddest agent out there)Tony and Dave at 4 Liberty and everyone that bought a Dreem Teem record, CD or ticket to a venue...Away from work, I love my Football, play every week and am Liverpool forever..and before you ask, yes i was in Istanbul!!! I can often be found on the golf course (as you can see from my pictures), have you ever tried it? Great game, trust me on that.
