It's hard to categorize or put a label on the music I like! I enjoy smooth jazz, acoustic guitar, tribal drums, classic rock, Nickelback, Chili Peppers, the Rat Pack, Harry Connick, Tony Bennett, Peggy Lee, Ella, Julie London, electronica, Crystal Method, Enigma, some trance and a wide variety of alternative, California-oriented music! I also like edgy, in-your-face, extreme music with blatant lyrics as long as it isn't too HARDcore and I like fun, disco/party music. Squirrel Nut Zippers amuses me and so do some of the fun, old, jazzy show tunes! From mid-November 'til a week into the New Year, I am WAY into Christmas music!

Recently I have been reading some books about life after death, reincarnation and spirituality!
I like knowing more about “the big pictureâ€! It’s quite fascinating!
I love reading fiction- Sci-Fi, Fantasy and Romance, mostly. Some favorites: Clan of the Cave Bear, Valley of the Horses, The Mammoth Hunters, Plains of Passage and Shelters of Stone by Jean M. Auel are books I read over and over! Still waiting for the 6th and final book in the series! Currently I am reading The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.
Also love Battlefield Earth by L. Ron Hubbard, Gone With The Wind by Margaret Mitchell, and all books by Robert Heinlein, Anne McCaffrey, Mercedes Lackey, Anne Rice, Gayle Greeno, Johanna Lindsey and Dara Joy. Books are fabulous! They are little worlds of their own. Just like me.
