Band Members: Few acts challenge their audience so directly as Daniel Morrison. Reviving the lost art of Spoken Word Hip Hop (and pretty well for a white kid), he strips his performance back to the bones of his words, leaving a message amplified by it..s simplicity .. a message born out of frustration at the idiocy of the world, but ultimately a message of hope in the power of Compassion and Joy. He deftly ridicules the stupidity that plagues the rap scene (and the rest of the world) in the form of consumerism and aggression, and provides the alternative of socially conscious lyrics, strengthened by the power of rhyme. He articulates the problems our world is faced with (and, for a change, their solutions) in a way that is engaging, challenging, but most importantly, entertaining. It is an act not to be missed. If Bill Hicks could rhyme, or Saul Williams didn..t take himself so seriously, or Eminem wasn..t quite such a nut case, they might sound like Daniel Morrison.
