ONLY U CAN HELP SPREAD HOTFIREAfter receiving several complaints about how hip-hop wasn't "real" anymore and that rap has "sold itself out," or that there are very few 'true' rappers left, the group "The Newhotfire aka Hotfire" emerged from the depths of California to bring hope to the rap game. Operating out of the Bay Area and Los Angeles area the group has taken note of the fact that there are "a lot of peeps" spitting but not saying anything relevant, and understands how this situation has became the breeding ground for the negative connotations associated with rap music. Thus Hofire's approach to the game was simple, to remain true to rap and to educate their audience by taking the initiative in making the much needed effort to denounce the negativity that has crept up and taken over today's rap music.
Hotfire started off as a group of talented young males whom have hit the music scene and shown no sign of giving up. By releasing their singles "Can't Hate and "Oh This is Me!" the group has done an excellent job in overcoming the challenge of being unique, hot, and real. As we speak, the group is currently working on releasing their first album 'Nothing but Heat Volume I, which will be available in most online major music stores ( iTunes, Rhapsody, Napster, etc) at an affordable price. Despite the amount of criticism the group has received over the years, most critics have agreed that this album is laced with some of the hottest flows and tracks in the rap game; which does well to convey the groups overall theme of bringing "Da Heat" with a message.
T.B., the groups lead artist, brings words to life with his voice by using visuals and symbols and does an awesome job at giving the public an idea of what 'Hotfire' is all about. Not to be outdone, The General, the group's lead producer, brings the heat as well with his production skills on the beats along with his wild yet thought provoking lyrics. To add more flavor and variety to the mix The Don and Bam Bam are often featured on and work as producers on several tracks as they are able to bring the witty, yet hard at work, party life attitude to the tracks.ONLY U CAN HELP SPREAD HOTFIRE
