L. Ement is a NC hip hop group that was created by the artists Fiziks and Rashade in early 2007. The group name is derived from Lyrical Element. The members chose this name due to the fact that all three members have different musical styles and musical backrounds. Although all 3 have unique abilities and styles, they all have fierce lyrical abilities. Fiziks is the witty, philosophical lyricist with a mesmerizing flow and heavy with catchy metaphors. Rashade, who is also the producer for the group, is known for his heavy hitting beats and unique talent at flipping some of the craziest samples. Rashade is also a lyricist as well known for his use of wordplay and ability to go from one style to another. RocRaid is best recognized by his unique voice and hypnotic verses. Fiziks and Rashade have been friends since high school then after entering college, both began pursuing a career in music as solo acts. After a couple of years of collaborating together on each other's individual songs, the two decided they should come together for a group album. After working on some songs together, Fiziks introduced Rashade into RocRaid who had worked with Fiziks on a few songs for his solo album. After working together on a few tracks with RocRaid, he was brought into the group as an official member of the hip hop group.....L. EMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
