Simtracks is a brand created by Eric (Spruce Lee) Simz, from the group Rare Formula. We operate a professional recording studio located in Raleigh, NC where we not only engineer and record your session, we are also a team of writers, producers, singers, and musicians that will help you get the sound you need. Along with my co-owner, David Wood (Cana the Band), we can guarantee a PROFESSIONAL sound in any genre of music from start to finish; we cover the whole gamut of the music making process from writing, producing, recording, editing, mixing, and mastering. We are your one-stop shop for sonic satisfaction!
We also record voice dubbing for video editing, and practice/rehearsal space for bands/groups.
You do not need to have any studio background or experience.
We only look for committed individuals who are serious about their music and are willing to pursue their dreams!

A very basic estimate of our rates:
$100 to lease a beat ($1000 for full rights)
$50 to record a full session OR $20 an hour
$50 to mix/master
