HOMEBAKE 07 IS OVER
Ladies & Gentlemen,
Once again comes that time of the year, where we at HOMEBAKE HQ bid fare well to yet another installment which is now looming close to the status of passing a generation worth of festival events. Having just celebrated our thirteenth birthday, we’re compelled to express some pride in the fact that Homebake 07 would rate as one of the finest staged to date. Devoted to honouring the success of the females of our entertainment industry, Homebake 07 was an endearing mix of audio and visual multimedia, combined with exceptional artist performances, fashion, short film…and of course all the usual fun of the fare including markets, food, rides etc etc. The weather gods were kind; the patrons friendly; the Domain in central Sydney City being a spectacular setting for a very special day – what more could we ask for. In amongst the celebratory exclamations, we also extend massive and eternal thanks to all those who attended and did support Homebake. Let it be known, acknowledged and realized that your support of this humble event contributes greatly to the international recognition of many of our finest up and coming and established stars!
And so, another year goes by as we now commence planning for the next Homebake - which will be back bigger, better and more spectacular than ever. We ask you to stay tuned as we countdown to that fine day next December when once again, that iconic venue known as The Domain, will host Australia’s most famous ‘locals only’ festival,
Homebake 2008!
In the meantime, please continue your research & support of Homebake, it’s featured artists, films and designers; and most important, the charities and causes we continue to support with each and every Homebake. You can also check new images of Homebake in our photo section.
