Insidious is a metal band based in Taranaki, New Zealand, and was formed in 2004. After jamming together for a year Insidious had their first gig in December 2005 and hit punters in such a way as to live up to their name; that is snuck up behind them and kicked their ass! Mixing groove with brutal heavy riffs and melodic breakdowns they have enough to satisfy the hunger of fans of any metal genre.
