Who regularly teaches me how to be a better woman. She is married to Brad, a man of integrity.My significant other, Grathell, is teaching me how to be calm and not make work so consuming. My special son, Michael who taught me loving a child does not always begin under a mom's heart while percolating for nine months.My mom is my heart, and I am so blessed to have her with us. She is so crusty and honest. She has a giving spirit that surprises me on a regular basis.Work is really a career/lifestyle. i have a job that allows me to manage a mutimillion dollar corporation, but also work with amazing people who are fighting the fight of their life...cancer. i manage an amazing ensemble of people who create an organization of caring and professionalism that walks the journey of cancer with adults who are trying to survive.i have learned how to walk next to someone fighting cancer and be joyful when they triumph or hold their hand while they say good bye. In those journeys, i have witnessed incredible strength, intense fear, and pure peace. It is a gift every time, and i always cherish that.My goal this year is to train myself to live in the very moment I am in......it's really hard.As a liberal democrat christian I say, "Love everyone, especially the strangers who do not look, or believe the way you do. Our race, our color, our creed, our sexuality, and nationalities are not what defines us. We are all brothers and sisters.Jesus
