About Me

MyGen Profile GeneratorThe UK's premier stand-up poetry collective. Fusing theatre, comedy and poetry Aisle16 play at music festivals, arts centres, theatres, literary festivals and private drinking dens up and down the UK.

Founded in 2000, the group have come a long from their humble beginnings as a monthly poetry club hosted above a communist theme pub in Norwich. Their last show Poetry Boyband was named as one of Time Out's Critics' Choices of 2005.Their new production, Aisle16's Services to Poetry, debuts at the Edinburgh Fringe festival this August.
