About Me

MyGen Profile Generator An independent film maker based in the midlands, currently shooting a few shorts under the Wee Rock name in a bid to raise enough awareness and funding to shoot a feature length action/horror/comedy film.The film will be called Dead Men Walking, and follows the antics of two small time criminals who rip off their boss and his business associate- only to find out that their boss works for Satan and the business associate is a voodoo priest. Needless to say, the criminals find themselves up to their necks in vampires, zombies and homicidal maniacs, and its going to take every dirty trick they know just to see another dawn.Hopefully the film will be produced in Corby or at least the East Midlands area, utilising local talent and locations where ever possible. The Target minimum budget is 70,000, which I hope to make up through public and private funding means.

I'd like to meet:

Actors, musicians, Kit Heads, professionals, amatuers, producers, investors, anyone with an enthusiasm for indepedent film and all its gory little joys. And Bruce Campbell.I would suggest that anyone in my general area who wants to learn more about oppertunites to assist Wee Rock (whether you be actors, students, cameramen- anyone looking for experience in fictional film, or even investors) to suscribe to my blog for updates. Music:

Metal old and new, Grunge, Rock and Roll, Occasional bursts of interesting drum and bass and 70's pop hits.

Movies:

Evil Dead II, Clash of the Titans, Fight Club, Amile, Heathers, Dawn of the Dead, Brain Dead, Arena, Once Upon A Time In The West, Equillibrieum, Bad Taste, Old Boy etc.

Television:

A spectacular myriad. But mainly cartoons.

Books:

Pretty much anything by Terry Pratchett. But also like Mervyn Peak, China Meiville, Stephen King (sometimes) Ian M Banks and Grant Naylor.

Heroes:

Bruce Campbell, Sam Raimi, Stan Lee, Simon Pegg and Nick Frost.
