The story is pretty simple. In early 2001, Testament vocalist, Chuck Billy was diagnosed with cancer. Chuck's room mate, Walter Morgan and Tales From The Pit creator, Jerry Allen got together and organized a benefit concert in Chuck's behalf. Around this time, Death vocalist, Chuck Schuldiner was also in serious trouble and very sick. The whole metal community pulled together for a common cause to help the two Chucks. Legendary bands who haven't played in 10 or more years reformed and shared the same stage together to make this a once in a life time event for a worthy cause. The benefit was a success for Chuck Billy who beat his cancer. Unfortunately it wasn't a success for Chuck Schuldiner...who later passed away on December 13th, 2001. This page is dedicated to him.
