Hi, I am finally updating this , Im in USA coming back to the UK soon Sept. 2007 to get gigs like never before. I am going to believe in myself for once and put music in the important position it is in my life. Quite sick of the website computer programming stuff I usually do for other employers. Will be making a live music website soon which i feel a bit of passion for. these days if I cant feel passionate about what i am doing all day, it doesnt seem worth it. I know not allot of people like what they do, but I often wonder how different the world would be if we all followed our bliss. (better probably). Will be posting many gigs here soon. If I dont I hope someone will kick my ass in a kind way (hehe). See yous soon, Love Rob--------------------------------------------------------- ---------------------------- Old intro:I've been writing songs for a long time, but just started performing solo , recently. I used to be in a band called Squelch in Long Island, New York for a number of years where I played bass & sung. Things happen and Its hard to find the time. Me moving to the UK didn't help anything either (lol). But what can I say but I miss it, and would do it again if I had the chance. I like all styles of music, and I mostly sing & play Guitar, Bass, Harmonica & Flute. I played everything on the mp3's you hear here (lol). But heres some other instruments I also enjoy: piano/keys (esp old anologue and fm synths), drums including hand-drums (but not foot-drums). Now I still write songs on my own, and do some multi-track recording, although mostly I like to stick to what I can pull off live (guitar, harmonica, vocals). My best shows for a while have been in my house for my son , who takes my hand and asks me to 'sing songs'. Some of his favorites are bob the builder, postman pat, froggy-went-a-courtin' and who doesn't like a bit of muffin-man. I will be playing this year 2006, its one of my resolutions to play out and maybe join/form a band, but I quite like being solo for some reason now, allot of freedom. I broke an old resolution not to make resolutions anymore. Hope you enjoy my music, Rob
