He represents major clients in negotiating record deals, publishing rights, movie deals, and sports contracts. He also represents emerging companies in transactions involving private offerings of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, leasing transactions, bridge financing, and international corporate matters.
Attorney Gardner began his legal career clerking for Chief Judge Robert M. Bell of the Maryland Court of Appeals. Attorney Gardner then joined DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary LLP, a national law firm where he focused on contract, venture capital, mergers & acquisitions and international corporate law for over four years.
