My name is Shelley Lubben and I am a woman, a mother, a fighter for truth and survivor against all odds. I am also a former porn actress fighting against pornography which affects most of the world in a destructive way.

Research indicates the 70% of the hits on Internet sex sites occur between 9-5 on business computers. Research also indicates and my clinical experience supports that that 40% of sex addicts will lose their spouse, 58% will suffer severe financial losses, and 27-40% will lose their job or profession.

Those who use pornography are more likely to go to prostitutes, engage in domestic violence, stranger rape, date rape, and incest.

Pornography viewers tend to have problems with premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. Having spent so much time in unnatural sexual experiences with paper, celluloid and cyberspace, they seem to find it difficult to have sex with a real human being.

I am a former porn actress and prostitute from the 90â€™s who was diagnosed with Bipolar disorder, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Depressive Disorder, Impulse Control Disorder and substance abuse due to years of trauma from the sex industry, although while I was in the sex industry I had no idea I had these disorders. I was prescribed anti-depressants, Lithium, and sleeping pills and recommended counseling for the next twenty years!

The doctor's diagnosis only sent me into deeper depression and I knew there was nowhere to turn except to a God who loved me and had the power to heal me.

After finding God and going through eight years of recovery at the Champion's Center , I conquered the horrible effects of my past and became a Champion in life through the power of Jesus Christ. Ten years later I am on a passionate mission to help people transform their lives by offering love, acceptance and powerful resources to equip people to live Champion lives.

I'm also on a mission to smash the illusion of porn so people will stop viewing porn and stop contributing to the destruction of the lives of men and women in the adult industry.

I also want to protect children from accessing pornography online, to rescue sex workers from human trafficking and to expose the truth that many men and women are forced to work in hazardous working conditions in the unregulated and unsanitary adult film industry.
