I would love to go back to Europe because I was stationed in Germany from '98-2001 and I have European friends. Meeting new people, meeting bands, reading, listening to music, and working with Thrashin' Alan, Slammin' Jay, and Boomhower.
Through Thrashin' Alan I became friends with Dimebag Darrell. Before then I just used to run into him at different concerts. Our friendship became official in mid-November 2003 at Dimebag's house, thank you Thrashin' Alan for making it possible. I will never forget that moment. Dimebag and Vinnie Paul got me drunk 2 days before I left for Iraq in JAN 2004. It was on New Year's Eve 2004 at Vinnie Paul's house, what a great send-off. I can't believe how Dimebag, Vinnie Paul, Thrashin' Alan, and friends had sent me a care package of a cd, T-shirts, and autographed baseball caps while I was in Iraq. I used to send them Saddam Hussein money as well. I also can't believe how Dimebag Darrell wore my Airborne Wings in a couple of magazine photos. I would love the meet the remaining members of The Mentors and Venom.
