Formed in the summer of two-thousand-and-three by neighbors and childhood friends Dan Vidmar, Lee Parfitt, and Ingmar Carlson, Lemonsoul has continually matured and grown as a group in the State College, PA area. With an eclectic combination of styles and influences, the six-piece group is constantly evolving to offer audiences a unique live experience. Driven by its cultural rhythm section and one of the area's best sax players, the band's music has been described as "groove-based jam-rock". Lemonsoul has been expanding their fanbase for years at local venues including The Phyrst, The Crowbar, Arts Fest, Cafe 210, Lulu's, SCAHS, Abba Java, Boal Mansion, and many more.
