Thanks for the awesome graphic, Amanda!

Here's the facts, without bio-lameness... edward and Shelly each listen to an extremely wide range of musical styles. Influences jump from Shoegazer to Classic Rock to Post-Punk to Trip-Hop to Samba (no kidding). These influences have a tendency to show up in the oddest places, which makes for an interesting musical soup... yeah, that sounds funny to us too.

edward has worked with such legendary artists as Eva O. (Christian Death, Shadow Project), Inger Lorre (the amazing Nymphs ), and even a former Runaway. Meanwhile, Shelly has her solo acoustic thing, writing (books, television and such) and basically taking over the world.

Little-known fact... Shelly is a hardcore snowboarder... like, X-Games hardcore... and is well on her way to building a media empire as writer/producer/host of the ABC Family Channel's "Journey Vision." edward isn't nearly as ambitious. He writes and records music in his studio, dubbed "The Cocoon." While he has never snowboarded, but did ride a motorcycle exclusively for several years. He expected others to transport his musical equipment. He's still kinda selfish like that.

From a Great Height's debut album "... bathed in light..." was released February 27th, 2007. It's super sweet.
