Hey folks we are Roseville Grand, the new band from Alt Country singer songwriter Neil McLarty. Joining Neil this time are Silver Tree Club drummer and all round dapper chap Ged Crefin; Pedal Steel player Ed Hicken; Ed's Cousin Cal playing some fine Telecaster and former Frenzies guitar player Pete (Lord Sonic) on Bass.

At the moment we are just getting started out on that well wore road, looking for live dates and recording new material. Keep checking back here for more info, pics, live footage and new songs as they become available.

If you would like to book us please send a message to us here or email us at [email protected].

Keep on truckin.

Sounds Like: Here is what some nice folks said about Neil's solo material and performances. As soon as we got something for Roseville Grand we'll let you know.

“Any Port in a Storm has a beautiful country feel to it, and lyrics that I found rather touching”. Partly Porpoise Feb 2006.

“Neil McLarty gave the candlelit crowd joyous splendour.” Glasswerk.co.uk Sep 2005.

“Offerings such as this leave the crowd so mellow it's almost like opium has been vented into the club at points. Mclarty however has a superb way of lifting the spirits of his audience.” Leedsmusicforum.net Aug 2006.

“Neil does a fine turn in rootsy Americana … definitely recommended” thebandwagon.co.uk Nov 2006.

“The stand out track on this EP has to be ‘Welcome to Arkansas’ and it reminds me of Blonde on Blonde era Bob Dylan….I can only think of one thing to suggest you do with this CD. Play it." Sandman review September 2005.
