Cafe Du Rose began one summer afternoon in 2006. Sitting outside having coffee and playing guitars watching the field of roses. Pi said to Giovanni "meeng wouldn't it be nice to share this music with others", Giovanni replied "meeng, no problem I'll make it for you" and that's how it began.
