Formed in late 2007, Mason is an original Soul/Rock/Jam band featuring musicians from all over the world. Each member of Mason brings their own individuality to the group, building a combination of influences as far reaching as the member’s original homes. Formed in Los Angeles, Mason is led by Mike Mason, (Lead Vocals and Guitar) originally from Northern California, and features the incredible talents of Vince Van Trigt (Bass) hailing from Holland, Jon Wouters (Drums) of New Jersey, Lawson Tatum (Keyboards and vocals) from Chino Hills, Josh Bracks (vocalist) from Compton.
Each member has rich background experience in studio session work, as well as live performance experience in a wide variety of musical styles spanning from mellow jazz trios to heavy rock explosions. This range of ability and creativity brings something special into focus; a feeling of self-assured musicianship that comes only with experience and translates into a unique creative force that is solely their own.
