Jake's song "You Lied To Me" was forwarded by the world's largest independent A&R and also featured in May 2006 on Next Big Hit Vol. 115. He and frequent collaborator John Hattendorf ("Mum and Dad") have maintained multiple top 10 spots on www.sectionz.com, including numerous ..1 spots! "Shine" and "Perfectly Imperfect" were forwarded by TAXI.com to Columbia Records. A plethora of vibrant textures and emotion nestle perfectly into his unique sound, balancing meaningfulness with sheer ear candy. Jake Niemi meshes variable influences like Pop, Industrial, Breakbeat/Electronic, and even Classical. Jake says, "I love so much music, it's too hard to choose one style. Plus I love to record and write differently each time; sometimes on an acoustic guitar, sometimes starting with a drumloop and a synth...""I have produced other artists that I know.
