About Me

Another brave soul ventures into the realm of the Hypersonic...
here lies some samplings of the works recorded by an inspired collective of Toronto area artists called the Feloniou$ Munks (a.k.a; We Came 8 Years Too Early) who brought their prodigious vocal talents & the occasional instrumetal flourish to the trax I was dishing up on a regular basis. Currently scattered across Canada, most of the core peeps in the mad act have indicated strong interest in picking up where we left off... soon as we're feelin' some of the love this music had earned way back in 2000.

Multi-tasking multi-talent who coulda been a multimillionaire.
But alas, I took the arduous, less travelled road, gaining untold riches in life experience and human understanding. As a result of that long, strange trip, you'll discover a very real depth of character which provides me with sources of inspiration off limits to those who chose the safer route....
"Only those who dare, truly live."
-Victor Davis, 1964-1989
What I've done to what you hear...
Also the guy who sweeps the studio up every so often
Until I score something more than a Fashion Television licensing deal from the industry, I'm kept working whatever half-assed paying jobs I can find (my degree from the School of Hardnawks doesn't fizz on the suits), keeping my fam happy and taking care of the biz here... as well as a slew waiting in the wings PLUS (whew) many demos for film & television that I also converted into ringtones. Some of my best can be heard at;
http://myspace.com/urbanmustmusic and my kickin new remix for greWVee Train is on Autoplay there!
You can also check 4 more of our most recent trax by hittin the banner below..
and 4 from the Munks' Synth-hop era thru this image...
Ideally situated to take on commissions to score films, especially when the producers don't mind me getting the majority of the work done, in short order, out of my home environment (Section 19 Sound). Lastly, for artists or management, immediately available to act as producer or co-writer on any projects in the greater Toronto area and willing to negotiate any offers that require me to travel out of town or work over Internet. And if anyone in your camp mentions re-mix, please think of me first; you can expect otherworldly results with a down to earth price tag.
Peace2all who've made it this far...
Main reason for setting up shop here is to share my much loved creations with open minded ppl who appreciate original music. Aside from greWVee Train, these songs had reached less than 500 sets of ears since our inception; twice that in a month on myspace. Of secondary consideration is making a few extra beans so I can spend more time recording (on better equipment) and less punching clocks. So whatever you do, don't be shy about skimmin the pocket's surface; it ain't goin to a crack binge (so 90's), beer (don't drink) or lottery tickets (no comment) and I SINCERELY believe you're getting full value for your buck. Nuthin' but true love for those who agree. tokin' fee for each; $0.99 (Canadian, eh!), via your friends @ PayPal

Owe it all to the Bride of Spinman BABY NUMBER 3 IS ON THE WAY!
Artistic Contributors To The Feloniou$ Munks From start, to finish: Spinman Finn (aka deKeeper), 'sWeed' Chillus Knox (aka Mistah Hardcore), Dewdrow Mann (aka G-Fi), Seedy MacTavish (The Dirty Scot). Came & went (and in some cases, came back again): Nayve Dube-King (aka Slick Sharma), Silky Montego, Naughty Pine (aka DJ Dwight), JaeBee Buck, Slim Peck-Ince (aka Marshall Ney), April Flowers, Hans DeLeon (aka the prick who deserted early on), Princess Butterscotch, Bob Kahn (live drums).

Although it wasn't my intention at the outset, I ended up being responsible for everything you hear except the obvious voices, most accoustic / live electric guitars (t/y, Krainmaker, Dewd & Naughty) and occasional instrumental flourish, usually delivered w/ deft skill by s'Weed. The deadly crunch guitar and synth sounding bass derive from a program I love more than hockey (Leafs suck!). Real proud of the rythms, most beats and percussion hits set individually (and lovingly) by hand. My motto from the outset: A kickass loop is just the beginning...
