I am a classically trained musician who has fallen in love with electronic music. I devoted my formative years to studying piano and composition, but was seduced into my first affair with electronic music by dancing 'til dawn to the great DJs that passed through my hometown of Washington, D.C. Recently, I discovered electronic dance music to be an ideal medium to synthesize my passion for performing with my ambition to create music that holds truth for me.
I know what moves me on the dance floor, so I strive for music with an organic groove and a raw feel. Compositionally, I draw upon my musical foundation to nurture a sense of sophistication. I perform the keys and vox live, considering this presentation to be an essential part of my musical process.
