About Me

My name is Daniel LaRusso, or Danny, or Danielson. My mom and I moved from New Jersey to California. She has a wonderful new job but I'm discovering that a dark haired Italian boy with a Jersey accent doesn't fit into the blond surfer crowd, especially when I try to date one of their girl friends. I manage to talk my way out of some fights but I finally cornered by several who belong to the same karate school. As I am passing out from the beating I see Miyagi, the elderly gardner leap into the fray and save me by outfighting a half dozen teenagers. Miyagi and I find the real motivator behind the boys' violent attitude is the their karate teacher. Miyagi promises to teach me to fight and arranges a fight at a karate contest some months off. When my training begins, I can't understand what I am being shown. Miyagi seems more interested in having me paint fences and wax cars than teaching me Karate. All of that would prepare me for the fight of my life. Now I'm a lean mean ass kicking machine. Although Miyagi can still kick my ass. Oh and there is one lean mean ass kicking Capoeria chick that can as well......everyone else can SUCK IT!
