The Banjo Ghost

The Pitch said I could make Robert Johnson cry. That just goes to show what a shit bag the Pitch is. I do avant-guard banjo music and obscene monologues. When the money is right I often have Bryan Hicks on bass, Bill Dye on bozuki, lap steel and other stringed machines. Heather Cave sometimes plays accordian and Pat Pearce sometimes plays electric piano. Mostly it's just me. I play all over Kansas City, mostly at Davey's Uptown Rambler's Club. The high point of my "career" so far has been to go and play banjar while Doug Stanhope does his amazing comedy. He even put me in his last DVD, Deadbeat Hero. Go buy a copy, I get a cookie if it goes gold. I've got one cd, Sign of Judgement, out and a second one, for the moment called "Gunt!," in some stage of development. Watch the schedule thing.
