0 I'm a mother and a musician. If you're from Houston, you may remember that I sang for Blender, then Skillit (ENOUGH with the kitchen jokes!!). OHYEAH!! And if you were there that one night at Emo's (that ONE night??!?), you'll know that I also sang as a member of SPARKLE PARTY!! We did one song. It was a Bleachbath cover. We were hot. I now focus (or TRY to focus) on my son and my music, which keeps me sane. Sort of.

Favorites are Mindwalk, The Jerk, Dr. Strangelove, Goodfellas, Scorchers, Princess Bride, Braveheart, Sodbusters, Fight Club (that's rather varied, yes?), all things View Askew, Mel Brooks or Coen Bros. are genius, Ring Trilogy, Star Wars, etc. etc. Other movies that are MUST-VIEWS are America: Freedom to Fascism, 9-11: The Road to Tyranny, Loose Change, 9/11 Mysteries Part One: Demolitions, Who Killed John O'Neill?, Hacking Democracy, America: Destroyed by Design, Alex Jones' Police State Series, The Panama Deception, Coverup: Behind the Iran Contra Affair, Too Long in the Sun. There is MUCH to learn, people... MUCH.

Television:

Now, this flies in the face of my patriotic passion and everything musical that I hold dear, but the fact is that I am an admitted and UNAPOLOGETIC American Idol addict. Sick with it, don't EVEN try to argue me out of it. I'm a singer, so DEAL WITH IT. I love AI. So there. Otherwise, I tend to stick to movies. But I like most of the Bravo shows and standup comedy of all kinds. That 70's Show, Simpsons, King of the Hill and MAD TV are always-watchers in my home. Now I'm stuck on The Riches (since they cancelled Studio 60, the bastards). If I were still in the Austin area, I'd be watching ALEX JONES on access TV. ah well... Books:

ALL Tom Robbins' books (Jitterbug Perfume is BEST), ALL Kurt Vonnegut books. Other favorite authors are Gabriel Garcia Marquez, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Carlos Castaneda, James Redfield, Anne Rice and Stephen King. I starve for truth and thank William Cooper and David Icke for opening my eyes. Currently re-reading "Palm Sunday" to remind myself what a hero Kurt Vonnegut was, literally.
