My name is Oephebia , I was born many moons ago in Paris (France). Since early childhood, I always have been an animal lover.
Pinky the Schnauzer came to live with us (my family), when I was a teenager. He was such a character and I always communicated with him (although I did not know at the time I was communicating, it just occurred naturally).
When he was put to sleep (old age), he came to say goodbye in my head, at the exact time of this departure, despite me being in England and him in France!
As the years passed by, I had a few animals like a cute little mouse, a dwarf rabbit, a cat, a pair of lovebirds, a pair of parakeets and the love of my life; a Blue Fronted Amazonian parrot named Coco which now lives happily in a parrot sanctuary based in Lincolnshire with a colony of Amazons like him. He even has a girlfriend!
Since 2003, I have been living with an African Pygmy Hedgehog called Zoë. (Communication with her is kept to a minimum: food, comfort and no baths please!).
After Coco went to the sanctuary, I decided to train as an animal communicator. During my training I realised that during all these years I just communicated naturally with my animals, the only thing is I did not know that this wonderful way of being with animals was called animal communication. Everything fell into place during the training.
I am now a fully qualified professional Animal communicator. I qualified with an average of 97% accuracy on the cases I worked on for the examinations. The panel for the four exams is a mix of people involved in animal welfare such as a vet, an animal behaviourist, an animal trainer and a representative from an animal welfare organisation.
In order to help further animals, I also am currently studying in depth, the Bach Flowers Remedies and their relationship with the chakras system. I do believe that veterinary care combined with natural remedies can work wonders on animals (as I have seen so many times).
My aim is to help animals (pets and wild) and their people to understand each other better, to respect each other and above all to give all creatures the love and understanding they deserve.
As I have a particular interest in parrots, I intend to refine my skills in parrot communication in the near future.
INTRODUCTION TO ANIMAL COMMUNICATION WORKSHOP.
Do you wonder what your pet is feeling or thinking? Animal communication can provide answers.
This fun workshop has been designed to teach you the basis of animal communication whilst allowing you to deepen your existing connection with your pet. Practical tips and plenty of opportunities to communicate with animals will be also part of the day.
The workshop is kept small to allow all participants to explore their own abilities with personal encouragement and insight from Oephebia.
To attend this workshop you will need an open mind and a genuine love for animals. No experience necessary.
Please bring with you a note pad, a pendulum (if possible) and photos of your chosen animals. Obviously, you will need to have some understanding of the animals you choose.
