George JUNIOR

George Junior aka Chip - - -A promoter, a dancer, a singer and an actor, George Junior (GJr.) has steadily survived the Boston club and music scene over the last two decades. GJr. has been a purveyor of the hip hop and house scene since the Club M days in Cambridge. George Junior at his own design was extremely instrumental on the dance and music scene. He brought legendary hip hop DJ Clark Kent and house sensation Black Box which are legendary shows to anyone on the scene at that time. Chip slowed down on hosting events and became a major frequenter and supporter of Utopia and Soul Revival for many years. However, he re-emerged in 2003 with his own REWIND Music Dance and Poetry Sets which were held at various community spots as centers of artistic culture. He also kicked off REWIND in the Park in 2003 - 2007 which provided on Sunday afternoons as a great social vibe for emerging local artists to perform and ways for local Boston DJs to spin their work. George Junior works with a number of DJ as his residents. George Junior is working on several songs he wrote to be produced by local and international house producers. Be Ready 2008 is the Year of the Gjr.
