Anderson Lynne Mar - promoter, producer, event coordinator, champion of the underdog in terms of the local scene. Aries w/Pisces moon and Gemini rising; ISTJ according to the MBTI, and Enneagram Type 3. Resembles 80's era Joan Jett, sings like Grace Slick, drinks coffee like a fiend, and probably last seen at a rock show in a neighborhood near you.

All I really give a hoot about is rock 'n roll! My entire life revolves around the music industry and the performing arts. I am a vocalist and songwriter as well (ex-Solace; ex-Gallows Hill) . Currently working on a new project called VeinGlorious.

I have the coolest dayjob in the world, as the General Manager for The Paul Green School of Rock Music in Watertown, MA. We offer lessons in guitar, bass, keys, drums, and vocals, and we are all about rock 'n roll!

My "sacred space" was my venue, The Skybar - http://www.skybar.us - in Somerville, MA (read: suburban Boston). Unfortunately, we were shut down on 7/15/07 due to not being able to afford a $40,000 "Rhode Island-style" sprinkler system - a fate suffered by many New England venues as of late. A lot of unique talent graced the stage at Skybar - the bands, fans, and staff are an amazing group of people who have enriched my life in many ways, and I am so grateful for this opportunity to make a difference in the local scene.

The 1980's, singing from the heart, local bands, local shows, band promotion, organizing events, Aries-Capricorn relationships, holistic healing, reiki, languages, mysticism, saints, archaeology, fashion, writing, Spirituality, chivalry, Maine Coon cats, working with young people, taking out the trash, making a difference in the world, and building an empire with that guy who collaborated with me on the New England Punk, Goth, and Metal Fest...Oh, and did I mention MUSIC?
