We offer an alternative approach to documenting and reviewing the arts, whether it be music, literature, visual or performance etc. We disregard status which pretty much means that everyone is treated the same - whether an established/signed/published media star or just starting out, all artists will receive the same attention and content space. THE ART IS WHAT'S MOST IMPORTANT.
Our main aims are to promote and inspire creativity in the best way possible and we endeavor to provide resources, insights and information.

DROP IN THE OCEAN 2006
In January 2005 Nottingham people came together in the best way they know how; through music and culture. £57,000 was raised in just one day - enough money to pay for the complete construction of an orphanage in South-East Asia for the victims of the Tsunami.
Drop In The Ocean 2006 will build on the success of last year, represent Nottingham to the fullest, and come back even harder on Sunday June 11th 2006: The entire Notts music scene will once again be summoned for this all-day, city-wide, fund-raising festival.
This year Bleached Press is helping to facilitate the artists in The Old Angel for the event.
