Awright people... I'll keep this short, sweet and honest...
I live, breath and love music/music production, paint and distinctively thoughtful imagery... Yes I'm a Producer of music, a Turntablist, a Musician and a Vocalist.... I've also painted for many years now, but that’s another story... This ones about how sound works in my world...brI've spent most of my existence obsessed by sounds and their unique possibilities, playing guitar, writing music, producing images and generally enjoying all 'Artistic' disciplines... In the education system I've studied both sound and vision, and I've also managed to drop out of both too... In 2001 I finally immersed myself in synthetic production (midi sequencing etc etc etc), recording instruments, vocals, and mastering the art of Turntablism whilst knitting grooves and beats... I write, produce, cut, and play everything you hear... I Manipulate sounds I've recorded, to noises I've found, then remix the lot... Also to note, I love life, wretch at the world, and daily, my toleration for people weakens... On reflection to that somewhat haphazard statement, what I'm saying is this... I give you the distinct sound of Johnny Crump ... Short, sweet and honest... My music will taste your soul... And my arrogance is usually right...
