Hey! Nightly Drink Specials! Every Night!
Call The Office is the longest running and best live music club in London Ontario Canada, at the corners of York and Clarence since the lates 1860's. That's a lot of beers over the years. In the 1960's I was known as The York Hotel and presented many folk acts of the day and was the home base for the world famous and critically acclaimed Nihilist Spasm Band. In the 1970's I was also host to many shows featuring exciting new bands which would unite under the banner of Punk Rock, including The Demics , one of Canada's most important punk bands. Many of the area's most original live bands continue to grace the stage here nightly. Call The Office continues to showcase the leading edge of non-mainstream music, is home to many of London's finest bands, and has proven that Lonodon is a viable market in the tour routing of national and international acts.
Most of your favorite bands have played here at some point. Across these beer soaked floorboards have walked some of the greatest musicians of our time. That's not boasting, it's the truth.
Think about Canada's biggest bands of the last twenty years and you'll find that one thing they have in common is that they've all grace the stage here at CTO. Well, except Sloan.
Bands from all over the U.S., Europe, even Japan, make a stop in London at Call The Office when they are on tour.
I'm also home to 2 of the most popular club nights in the city. Sunday night is RAYGUN , an 80's retro party that has been going on for longer than the 80's at this point. It's a lot of fun and the perfect excuse to drag out your weekend just a little bit longer. Raygun is the club night that put the monday morning hangover back on the map.
Wednesday night it's Funk night at CTO, and if you appreciate funk, soul and rare grooves, this is the place to be.
Live music is what we do.
Rock.
Punk.
Hardcore.
Ska.
Alternative music, back when that phrase meant anything.
Post-whatever, bring it on.
Hey, no cover bands or tribute acts, even if your band is the deepest and the purplest.

To best sum it up, and quote our dear N.Y. friends:
We like to drink and we like rock & roll.
