You can pass the word onto your friends for them to refer to, also.
_______________Want to reach out to other teens?
I'd love to create a collection of different teenagers stories, experiences, and what they've gained from them. Words of advice and wisdom to other teens.
Send me a message (NOT a comment please!) including your story, whatever you want to say to everyone that visits this Myspace.
All I ask is that it be sincere.
_______________Do you have something on your mind bothering you, that you just need to get out?
Send an e-mail at any time to [email protected]. I check every once in a while, rarely read, and almost never reply. Think of it as an anonymous space to get out everything inside. Ship it out somewhere into cyberspace, and never see it again. It can be a great release, and the e-mail's for that purpose.

About Us
Hold on a second... what's the point of all this, anyway?
You know, I'm going to be completely honest with you... I don't really know! This space is brand new. I was browsing through my old files, and found the message I have under "About Me" that I wrote ages ago, in the middle of one sleeplesss night. I knew I had to post it for everyone to see... and I just had to think how. I know HTML pretty well, but I wanted something for teenagers, easy to remember, and a place where I'd be able to get in touch with as many teenagers as possible. Of course there was only one option -- Myspace.I want to help teenagers. That's all that I know for sure. It starts with one affirmative message to all... but I want to do more than that. As you can see, I've already got a bit set up for you guys, and I'm planning on adding more. I have quite a bit of experience with depression, ADD, ADHD, OCD, diabetes, Alzheimer's, self injury.... not all myself necessarily, but also with my family and friends. I've been through a lot, and I want to help others get through it too more than anything. I'm not entirely sure what this Myspace will progress to yet, I guess we'll just have to wait and see. I just want to help, and any suggestions would really be appreciated. :]
Make it clear
It's small. It'll fit inside the skinniest of skinny layouts. It's an easy way to remember this link to refer back to, and to show your support for the space. Add to your Myspace profile, even if you don't believe it -- eventually it'll begin to fit.

Who Are We?
We are a new yet growing movement out to fight against and beat teenage depression (along with other related causes, such as suicide, self injury, and manic depression). We are not professionals. We’re just people, most of us teenagers ourselves – standing together strong, and refusing to add to the steadily increasing statistic of teenage depression and suicide.
Sometimes it just helps to know that as a depressed teen, you are not alone. There is hope in this world, and depression IS curable. This is a place for you to meet other teens, share your story and read others, maybe just pick up some useful information. We are still growing, and who we are exactly and what we offer isn’t quite carved in stone yet. We are completely open to suggestions. Add us to join in the fight against teenage depression.

Something to make clear...
Unlike 95% of the anti-depression and suicide websites on here, we are not a religious movement. This website is for
everyone. Christian, Jewish, Muslim, or whatever you may be. I'm not against religion in any way. In fact, I believe it can be a pretty big part in recovery from depression. However, we need to remember that not EVERYONE is religious, and we need to make our sites friendly towards everyone.
