We are here to give those who have struggle, hurt, and pain in their lives a place to come and be surrounded by people that love and care for them. We realize that people struggle with so many things in their daily lives and we want to help them through, even if its just by listening to what they have to say. Everyone has a story, and everyone should get the chance to share it. We are not trained professionals, we are not paid counselors, and we certainly aren't perfect. We aren't free from struggle. We are not pain-free. We are like you, and for that we want to offer our support as you walk through life, with its ups and downs. Let's build a community that can encourage each other and help each other through bad and good times. Let's change the world together, with love..

This offers help for almost anyone stuggling with anything. You can start the path to recovery by finding out where the next workshop closest to you is located.

This offers alot of help and advice for teenagers and their parents who may be struggling with thoughts of depression and suicide.
* Self Mutilators Anonymous
A good start to the path of being cut free. This site offers online and anonymous meetings in many different locations.
