Well, I've met some very awesome people in my years. Alan Hale, Jr. (was a perfect Southern gentleman), Jon Bon Jovi (a great down-to-earth guy), James Earle Jones (very sincere, very talented, and humble. Was a very pleasurable experience), the legendary Sonny Turner and the Platters (still an awesome performer and a very friendly man to meet...gotta keep that great music alive!), Quincy Jones (very talented man who stays close to his roots and has no problem being charitable with his time, no matter how busy he is), Artie Johnson (what can I say about this guy...one fun customer!), Confederate Railroad (great bunch of guys), Becky Hobbs (nothing but fun energy from this beautifully talented lady)...and, there are several others, but...this is supposed to be who I'd like to meet.....well, let's see... Stevie Wonder... Stephen King... Bill Cosby... Whoopi Goldberg... Maurice White... Phil Collins... Morgan Freeman... William Shatner... Alan Alda... Robin Williams... Howie Mandell... Tom Hanks... George Carlin... Eric Clapton... Carlos Santana

Wow...this one that is tough because I have no really favorite kind of music. My collection is quite eclectic. I could be listening to just about anything at any time, including (but not limited to) country, classic rock, jazz, oldies, blues, R&B, soul, top-40..whatever happens to catch my mood at the time. I'm always making CDs for the Jeep I drive which sometimes has all of the above mixed on one disc! I believe that ALL types of music are enjoyable to listen to. If it's a good tight band with a well-produced sound, then I'm there.
This is a video that I shot of The Smokey Joe Show performing their song, "Hey Boy" Enjoy!
I enjoy most types of movies. I like comedies, thrillers, adventure, drama. I have a large collection of movies (about 350+ films so far), including most of the films based on Stephen King's work.
I like to watch various types of television shows. Deal or No Deal is fun to watch. I find it interesting to see how people deal with making those tough decisions when the pressure is on...that, and I like Howie Mandell. I also enjoy Las Vegas, CSI, and a few other shows of that genre.
hmmm...my favorite author has to be Stephen King. I have a HUGE collection of his movies and many first-edition hardcovers of his books (including a signed 1st of Tommyknockers!). I also read James Patterson and Dean Koontz
Hmmm...well, this is a tough one also. Never really thought of anyone as 'my hero.' There are many that I admire for things they have done, but no one that I would call 'heroes.' Too broad of a term. Firefighters, law enforcement, our guys oversees fighting for our freedom, astronauts who risk their lives to explore the outer reaches of this big blue marble we live on, those are commonly defined heroes, but we also have others. Like the guy who looses his legs in a car accident and finds a way to continue on with life. Or the woman who has lost her husband and still has two kids to raise while she tries to keep the mortgage and other bills paid on her own. I could go on with other examples, but I'm sure you get the point. 'Heroes' seems to be a relative term. You could consider people like Stephen King a hero, because he started out living in a small trailer wondering where his next beer was coming from until his wife Tabby decided to convince him to drag 'Carrie' out of a box and send it to a publisher. There are many examples of heroes. Like I said, I really don't have heroes, but I do greatly admire people like those I've mentioned and many others.
