I own 2 semi trucks. I have a driver in one and the other one is parked. With fuel prices like they are I can,t sell it, nor can I afford to run it, so it will have to just sit. I am all for this trucker strike and protest, but I do beleive things need to be organized for a grand shut down. We are fighting an industry (Oil Companies) that make billions of dollars, we need total support from everyone to make a change happen. We don't have a government that will listen to us nor do they care that many are going to lose there way of living if the price of fuel keeps rising. We need the support of not only truckers, but people that drive automobiles, the gas prices is hurting them to, I know when I fill up my car, it is costing me almost double of what it did cost. I see my fuel bill on my semi truck weekly, and it costing me more in fuel then the truck brings home, that is simple math to do,I won't be in business much longer at that rate.The prices in the stores are going up on everything, so the consumers of America need to stand up and be heard and the high price of fuel is hurting the farmers, constuction workers, the businesses that sell semi trucks, the repair shops, and the list goes on. This is something that is hurting all of America and we all need to stand up and be heard. We can all make a difference if we stand UNITED...
