His singing style is based on four different values such as operatic, scream, clean and a bit of growl technique. The vocal range spends about 4 octavos without falsetto.He is now front man and singer for the Norwegian prog- metal band, Sarpedon, who had just finished their second release. For Band details go to www.sarpedonmetal.com.Stan has worked with famous Norwegian musicians such as Stian Carstensen from Farmers Market and HÃ¥kon Aasheim from The Norwegian underground group, Torgeir og Kjendisene. He had also played in band with drummer Tony Kirkemo(Mr. White) from Chrome Division and Minas Tirith.Stan Sylvander is now working on new songs, which will be released on his first solo album.
