THE CARBURETORS - Fast Forward Rock'n'Roll

About Me

THE CARBURETORS became the hottest newcomer in the rock 'n' roll circuit in Norway when they released their debut album "Pain is Temporary Glory is Forever" back in 2004. The following year the band played more than 50 concerts in Norway alone to support the album. Two video-tracks were produced from the album, and the one for "Burnout" was the second most aired video (all categories!) on Norwegian television in 2004.The new album Loud Enough To Raise The Dead was recorded during the summer of 2005, and a video was produced for the track "Rock 'n' Roll Forever", directed by Bj..rn Opsahl one of the hottest photographers/video directors in Norway who previously has produced for a-ha and numerous big selling commercial artists/acts in Norway. In 2005 the band shared stages with big guns like M..tley Cr..e, Nightwish and Deep Purple, and based on their energetic live shows with lots of pyro-effects, THE CARBURETORS has become a live-favourite! On the limited edition of the new album a bonus live-disc capturing their live appearance at the Scream Magazine party last autumn is included. Watch, and you will understand! The slogan for THE CARBURETORS is "Fast Forward Rock 'n' Roll", which basically explains their music to the point. Heavy influenced by bands like Mot..rhead, Judas Priest, Rose Tattoo etc. these guys will blow your head off!
