PLEASE: LET'S STOP THE FUR TRADE! DEATH AND SUFFERING ISN'T GLAMOUROUS! My name is Zera Vaughan. I am half French half English, with some touch of Italian and Spanish. I was born in Tunisia North-Africa. My mom was a dancer and my dad a painter. "Zera" means seed. Because I have all those seeds running into my blood, my only way to find my roots was to put together "a world music band". Every body in the band has their history, their culture, their roots, and when we play together, suddenly, we are from the same family. The sound of my music comes from Israel, Argentina, Turkey, Lebanon, Italy, England, France, Tunisia and America. We play for peace. It is amazing to see how music can become an international/universal language. I wish the world could play a little bit more music! People would understand so much from their neighbors! We play very often the Californian scenes. I have been working with music producer Amir Efrat (Ishtar, Irene Cara, Howard Jones, Cece Peniston, Sophie B. Hawkins, Haddaway) for almost 4 years now.
