About Me

What can I say about me? I'm the 1% of the time IUD's don't work. My chances of surviving were always slim. But here I am going on 4 decades of life. I was named after Sean Connery because my mom saw Thunderball and I think she secretly loved Sir Sean Connery more than my dad. My uncle convinced me that I was the reincarnation of Jim Morrison. By High School I was in hell or as most people know it New Jersey. I had a few dreams that never came to pass: I wanted to win a gold metal in the Olympics for Gymnastics - my own body not being able to bounce back after an accident would end that dream. I wanted to play the piano at Carnigie Hall - I learned by playing by ear and then lost almost half my hearing in my left ear and some in my right, after which I stopped playing the piano completely. I wanted to be a superhero and help one person everyday - it's taken me my entire life to help myself, saving a life is not a one day thing. I wanted to be an Astronaught - I still want to be. Storytelling has been the only constant in my life. Though I was stronger with math. I couldn't help but tell stories all the time. Some stories were the absolute truth and becuase these was more fantastic than fiction. I tended to tone them down a bit and it became fiction and eventually started to take on a life all their own. I was becoming multiple characters in my own stories. Now I'm in the twilight of my 30's, I find that have a lot to be grateful for. I have the most beautiful wife a boy could only dream about. I have good friends and I’m making movies, which is my passion. I've been a survivor even before the day I was born.
