"a neat four track compilation 10" limited to 500 copies on pink vinyl on gene serene's dada discs. it features four exclusive tracks from playmokills, q'ayin, matt catt / gene serene and gob sausage. the pick of the tracks is the two on the a-side. matt catt and gene serene deliever a smooth, sexy and downbeat 80's electro number whilst gob sausage bring chaos and anarchy to the electro party. it's gritty, basic and bass heavy monster that has more energy and attitude heard in any electro pop release in years."

ALBUM OF THE WEEK -
GENE SERENE Genesis Ah so good, breathlessly horny hi-energy cutting edge left-field new wave/disco electro pop shes a bitch, shes a switch, just flick it. By the time you find youre losing your mind shes winning. Fashion and vanity is a very serious business, do you know how hard it is to sound this good? I like.. I like. Cant you see? Not that she gives a shit.. And I like all the things she does, it is always best to know your place and agree, I like I like.. Total frothing electro synth and drumbox treats - dance beats, bleeps - throbbing base lines and Specimen and Megahype and New Toy and Minty and Visage (and Soho Dolls). She sounds like butter wouldnt melt in her mouth (or under her heels) Shes a 78 Stimulator Twelve tracks and some extra remixes, some interaction with DJ Downfall, outragious Clash of Should I Stay Or Should I go as well as Human Leagues Sound Of The Crowd (didnt think the original could be bettered!) Attention needed shes the real queen bee its more Berlin than London, no its Being Boiled and Madam Jo Jos and New York, London, Paris, Munich, everyones talking about pop muzik she can do anything, she can do anything, she needs nothing from you - proper punk rock, no permission needed, turn it on switch it off, nemesis nemesis, a live goddess and queen (thats what she said). The album isnt out yet, I dont know when this is out or whos releasing it (I think she still need a deal -watch this space. Classic electro pop."
