The Wumpus' origins are mysterious. Some theorize he once worked in the meat-packing district for an abusive employer who went missing back in 1983. Others believe that he snuck into the country by unknown means or escaped from the puppet ward of a state mental facility. He is kind, generous, and well-meaning. Though he does not seem to grasp the simplest of concepts, he is always eager to learn. And then forget. He posesses surprising brute strength, so if he asks you for a Pez you better damn well give him one. When asked about his past, The Wumpus had this to say - "i am the wumpus, chipwiches are cold in my teeth."
