Cynthia Ann Birdsong became a member of two of the most popular girl groups of the 60s and 70s, Patti LaBelle and The Blue Belles (then known as The Ordettes) and The Supremes. She is best known for replacing Florence Ballard of The Supremes in 1967. Cindy hasn't fully lead any released Supremes songs during her time with the group although at various times she did lead parts in on-stage performances. However, Mary Wilson and Cindy Birdsong have gained the ability to blend their voices with any other background singer providing perfect harmony in tune. Cindy is still very much involved with her ministery and is at present looking for a church in Los Angeles.
