Hello friends,
The songs on my player, are normally recorded with my new 'Spanish Dilemma' It's going slowly but well. The thing is it's so fuckin' hot here in summer we're not playing together until September.
I'm doing a bit of solo recording. It has it's draw backs of course, we can't all be Mike Odfield...(Can't stand the pratt) Still I'm here giving it a go.
If you wanna hear more tacks from the Band then go to: http://www.myspace.com/arthursdilemma
This site is hacked but you can still hear the music. Don't bother to put in a request I can't answer it.
These days I'm writing more topical songs than ever. I hope you understand. I can't write about love n all that crap when we live in a World full of hate.
Years ago I wrote a song called 'Up To You' It still is Up to You to address the balance. No-one gives a shit about Cancer for example if you haven't got it. No-one seems to give a shit about civil rights or bombs explaoding in their back yards untill it starts happening. Don't wait for it to start. Get off you arses and shout at those who pretend to lead us and get active. It's the only way to shape the WORLD in a positive way.
Welcome one and all, old friends from my poor dead, hacked space, to this glorious new one, and all you new friends too.
Yes I was mortally hacked only a few weeks ago......
All I wanna say about the group is it's back again after being completly dead for many years. I feel I'm writing better stuff than ever, and although it's nothing like the original 77/'79 sound, it's keeping me from going completely senile.
I've started a history blog about the Band for those interested, and I promise week by week to add another episode until is's bought up to date.
We're working on a new album at the moment. We are still demoing the numbers which are all going up on the player for a taste of the final product. Let me know what you think.
I've had to close my comments from freedom to use, to permission. I'm real sorry 'bout that cos I like people to be free, but with so many spammer about there's no choice anymore. I got hacked once and I don't wanna have to do all this over again.
So please enjoy your stay at my page and I hope, if you ain't already, that you'll become a friend. All the best
Arthur........
