I live in molfetta (ba) since april 2nd 1983, the day in which I was born... such a great day :-)
I started to play the piano when I was ten years old at primary school with piero rotolo. than I've continued my studies at the music conservatory "n. piccinni" in bari with eva prayer where I graduated in 2005. at the same conservatory, in 2007 I graduated also in jazz music with davide santorsola...
in 2005 at siena I studied with e. rava, s. battaglia, d. d'andrea, m. tamburini, c. corvini e s. zenni. in 2006 at berklee college of music clinics in perugia I studied with mike williams, dennis montgomery III, james odgren e gary burton, and I received a scholarship for the college in boston...
IN THE 2004 I FOUND MY FIRST "JAZZ" TRIO (ELECTRIC TRIO)...
1st prize at baronissi jazz '05 (emergent category); 5th place at moncalieri jazz '05; 2nd place at maruggio jazz '06; 1st prize at baronissi jazz '06 winter ed. (pro category); musica in città '05 (andria); musica in periferia '05/'06 (bari); talos jazz festival '06 (ruvo)...
I've been performing with e. rava, m. tamburini, c. corvini, r. ottaviano, the "0..e lode" (the big band of the music conservatory of bari "n. piccinni", that played also my arrangements), mike applebaum and the symphonic orchestra of bari, mike williams, dennis montgomery III, james odgren, mike janish and elliot henshaw, winston maccow...
now... I'm loosing my beautiful hair :-( at the berklee college of music in boston :-)
