Lets Go Away for Awhile

About Me

First and foremost, I hate to make this kind of announcement, because I love to spread great music and creativity and support my fellow artists, but I must request that you do not leave comments with gigantic HTML pictures and such. If you want to advertise a show or something of that nature, please size the graphic down to something reasonable and I'll gladly accept it, and it does help if the advertisement relates to an event somewhere within a 200 mile radius or at the very least, in the same country as me :) Again, I hate to be a jackass about this, but I feel bad when I have to deny a comment because if I accepted it, it would literally take up my entire page and everyone else's comments would be dwarfed. That isn't fair. Thank you so much for understanding and cooperating, and if you think this little blurb is about you, please be aware that I'm referring to MANY comments I've had to deny lately, so I'm not picking on anyone in particular. If you're on my list, I like you and I support you, just be reasonable with your expectations and comments. Thanks!
P.S. - Nice things such as reasonably sized holiday greetings and such are perfectly acceptable. In fact, if you look at my comments below, every use of HTML on display on the main page of comments is FINE. I'm not referring to that type of thing, so don't get me wrong there. Really, its more a thing of having to deny (so you really never see them anymore, but have in the past) these comments and then feeling bad because I do like to support and advertise other artists' work than it is scolding anyone for anything that is already up there. I just wanted to clear that up.
Thank you for stopping by my profile to have a listen, I hope you find something here that you enjoy. If you do, please do leave a comment or drop a line and let me know what grabs you because I am in the process of re-recording a lot of my previous material that I've featured on this and my "Cerebral Pilgrimage" profile over the last few years. I'd very much like to know what songs you enjoy the most, which styles you would like to hear more of, and any other input you may wish to inject into future projects. I've always been fascinated by what others see and hear when listening to my music, as I've never really "written" songs, but rather "created" or "captured" them as it were, from my own feelings that cannot always be summed in "Verse/Chorus/Verse." This is why you hear so many instrumentals. I'm more interested in painting a picture with sound (musically, not abstract noise thrown together for an unlistenable 10 or 15 minutes) than I am cracking the Top 40, but this doesn't mean I don't also love a good 3 minute pocket symphony as well. As I continue to let inspiration strike on its own time, I will be revisiting some of my older material and it would be very helpful to know just which songs you would be willing to pay your hard earned money for. Thank you for your time and please leave a comment or email to let me know you were here and what you think.
And please, Make Music, Not Crap. :)
I almost forgot, if you like what you hear on this profile, please visit my other music profile, A Cerebral Pilgrimage and listen to more of what I have to offer. Thank you,
Love,
Stephen
