About Me

As you may have heard, The Monkees were nominated to The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame this year, their 40th Anniversary. They were blocked by the editor of Rolling Stone Magazine, Jann Wenner. (see The Los Angeles Times, Calendar Section, Friday May 4th, 2007.)With the acknowledgement of Peter, Micky, and Davy, we have created an online petition to send to Jann Wenner, and The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame, to see if we can once and for all put an end to the urban myth that The Monkees didn't play their own instruments.PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT OF YOUR VALUABLE TIME, AND CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW TO READ THE PETITION...AND IF SO MOVED, SIGN IT. IT IS A SECURE SITE.Being part of a community to get them into the Hall of Fame would be my biggest personal accomplishment.
