Get my banner code or create a flash bannerHello, My name is Jan Brady and I have two sisters (Marcia and Cindy) and three brothers (Greg, Peter, Bobby). My parents are Mike and Carol and our maid is Alice. Our neighbor Mr. Merrill is a frequent visitor to our home. My family and I star in our own show on the ABC network, "The Brady Bunch Variety Hour" where we sing and dance in front of a giant swimming pool populated by the Water Follies. We live in Malibu, CA in a beach house where we prepare our weekly Variety Hour. Stars such as Farrah Fawcett and Tina Turner hang out with us all the time. I don't have a boyfriend so my brother Greg has to drive me around. I hate it! I couldn't figure out why I was gaining weight. I'm not a big eater. This went on for a couple of years or more. I was feeling tired...never felt totally refreshed... along with other stuff that I couldn't figure out. I thought all of this was happening because I wasn't getting real good sleep...etc. It started to get worse so I finally went to see Dr. Z a few months ago and he did some blood work and found out that I have "Hypothyroidism". One of the main symtoms for this is "weight gain". BINGO! This answered all of my questions. I now take medication everyday (for the rest of my life) to keep my thyroid functioning properly. All the weight that I put on because of my malfunctioning thyroid is coming off....35 lbs. now. Woo-Hoo!! I'm feelin' GREAT! All of you ladies out there that might be putting on weight but you can't figure out why...go to GOOGLE and type in "Hypothyroidism" to check out all of the symtoms.
