About Me

Who Are You: A mini festival celebrating each of the deadly sins

Where Are You: The Purple Turtle, Crowndale Road, Camden, (next to KOKO), London (nearest tube: Mornington Crescent)
What Time Should I Be There: Doors open at 8pm, close at 3am. Performances are 9pm to 11.30pm.
Get a flyer for £6 entry (or it is £7 on the door, and £5 before 9.30pm)
Music: Dirty Electro, Sexy Electronic, Dark Rock, Twisted Glam Rock, Industrial, Wicked Goth
What To Wear:Use your creativity to dress to theme, but we won't stop you coming in unless you're in a football shirt...come and explore...Some ideas: Debauched, Bizarre, Lustful…feathers, silk, sequins, red shoes, shiny lips, big hats, pvc, latex, ballgowns, rollerblades, barefeet...let your imagination go wild. Don't feel intimidated, have fun and enjoy watching what everyone else is wearing!
What Are The Themes June: Lust; August: Wrath, October: Pride, December: Greed, February: Envy (Our very own alternative Valentine Party?), and more...
What Else Do I Need To Know: The fashion show kicks off the night at 9.15pm...and the decadence and debauchery carries on until 12am, when the sexy djs take over...
You can get a special Seven Deadly Sins Cocktail at a discount, ask the bar. The night will be filmed in all its decadent debauchery: ask us for a copy to prove you were there. Resident fashion photographers will be on hand to take shots of all you beautiful, sumptuous ladies and gentlemen.
THE VENUE IS AN 18+ VENUE AND (if you look lusciously young and deplorably youthful), ID MAY BE REQUIRED. Bring your driving licence or other form of ID, in case. You don't want to miss this debauched music event.
WHAT'S AWAITING US ON DECEMBER 15TH
SIN: GREED
JUST ANNOUNCED: SPECIAL GUEST DJ: DJ REX (djed at NYC's biggest fetish event, Smack, also djed at Electric Ballroom, Perversion in L.A. Bat Cave in NYC, QXTs in New Jersey, Bound in DC and many more.)
Trademark
Trademark's debut album 'Want More' was released in June 2004 on Truck Records to the critical acclaim of The Sunday Times (Pop CD of the week), Rock Sound, Nightshift and Drowned in Sound among others. In the same few months they were asked to record a live session for London’s XFM and finished the year with a 20 date tour of the UK with The Human League. 2006 saw the band supporting electronic legend John Foxx and in early 2007 "Raise the Stakes" was released. One track from this album "Toe the Line" has already been chosen for the soundtrack of the feature film "Goal 2 - Living the Dream".
Spank Clothing
Square Extension
Square Extension is not a band in any traditional sense. It's a way to enhance an experience of dissecting your mind and soul. It combines music, visuals and a complicated story so you can call it narrative if you may, but saying that they "just play songs" would be a false statement. Their upcoming debut EP will be traditionally followed by a full-scalemovie and a book in which some of the secrets of the story told are revealed.
Diva Hollywood
Diva Hollywood is a disabled performer with MS, she was born in the back lot of MGM studios, and the date is unknown, in between shots for one of their big musical extravaganzas. It is rumored that she is the love child of Mata Harri the exotic dancer and convicted spy and Harry Houdini. Who knows? Her past is shrouded in clouds of mystery all we know is that she keeps appearing in different personas all through history and now she is back as a fabulous performer/ burlesque dancer.
Gluckskinder
Formed two years ago, their songs are entirely about the issues that really matter. Glückskinder means : CHILD of Fortune. Their passion is to make music people can feel not only hear.
